THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT AND THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND CRIMINAL CHARGES BE BROUGHT AGAINST THEM.
CLEARLY THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE 1971 CONGRESSIONAL WILD HORSE AND BURRO ACT
IF YOU WANT MORE INFO--GOOGLE OR GO TO WIKIPEDIA AND LOOK UP "WILD -HORSE ANNIE"
TODAY THE ROUND UP'S AND SLAUGHTER OF OUR WILD HORSE'S AND BURRO'S CONTINUES, AND WITH OUR OUR HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS PAYING FOR IT.

wild horse herd once existed in southern CA. Kat sent KFROG Radio (95.1
FM) host Jeff Davis the following email regarding the repatriation of
southern CA's wild horse herd that once roamed between San Diego and
Riverside counties. Kat's group (Coyote Canyon Caballos de Anza)saved
several of the stallions and mares after BLM transfered the range land on
which the herd roamed to the State Parks system. CA State Parks removed
the herd in 2003. This is exactly what BLM did with the Death Valley wild
burros back in the early 1990's. At that time, BLM transfered jurisdiction
of the Death Valley wild burros' range lands to the National Parks Service
(NPS)which in turn, deemed the wild burros alien species and shot
400 of them. BLM is in charge of the Federal Wild Horse and Burro Program
and therefore IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WELFARE OF WILD BURROS NO MATTER
WHERE THEY ROAM. BLM was DERELICT IN DUTY by allowing NPS to kill these
burros.Linda---------------------------- Original Message ----------------------------

Dear Jeff,
Randall Massaro suggested I send you the following letter to the Riverside
and San Diego Supervisors to declare our local heritage herd for
repatriation on their native BLM ranges.
The letter explains it all. This would be a nationwide victory and
example for other advocates as well. I have been networking with wild
horse advocates and attorneys since 2003.
Please get the word out and ask your listeners to contact their
Supervisors to support Repatriation of local Heritage Herd.
Thank you for you kind interest...this is your heritage too.
